2 pcs/ 300 g – chicken breast
1 piece / 100 g – onion
50 g – almond flour
salt
80 g – lard for frying
200 g – bean pods

Roast the cut onion on lard and then roast the slices of chicken breast on it. Add some salt and an almond flour, pour a little water and steam covered until the meat is tender. If there is some water remaining, let it be steamed so the sauce will be thicker.

Serve together with mildly salted beans cooked in steam.
